Kambi Group has entered a multi-year agreement with Pure Casino Entertainment to supply its Turnkey Sportsbook platform across Alberta. The arrangement covers both retail betting floors and the upcoming online launch scheduled for July 13, 2026.
Platform Deployment and Market Expansion
The system will operate across Pure Casino Entertainment’s retail locations in Calgary, Edmonton, and Lethbridge. Digital betting services will run under the PureCasino.ca brand once the provincial regulated market opens. Pure Casino Entertainment selected Kambi based on its end-to-end sports betting infrastructure, global trading network, and documented on-property deployment history.Kambi Group CEO Werner Becher stated that the collaboration aligns with the company’s regional growth objectives. Pure Casino Entertainment CEO Brad Belhouse noted that the decision prioritized product reliability and regulatory compliance ahead of the provincial market launch. The contract includes provisions to extend coverage to additional venues following a recent acquisition of three casino sites by parent company Indigenous Gaming Partners.
